Fancy doing something different? How about a trip to Red Sands, the World War II forts off the coast of Whitstable. These Maunsell towers are being restored by Project Redsand. One of the towers has been fitted with a landing platform making the boarding of the tower possible (weather permitting).
Trips can be arranged aboard the X-Pilot a
72 ton ex pilot vessel. Licenced to carry 12 passengers the X-Pilot is ideal for parties of photographers, Alan, the skipper is happy to maneuver  the X-Pilot as requested to get you the best shots (providing it is safe, of course). The forts are not the only trips available, based in Medway, the boat can be hired for trips of your choice, if you've got an idea for a day out at sea call Alan on 07952 784311.
